We started the Zoom indoor exercise during lockdown and it was a great hit. People loved being able to keep active with instructors they knew from Nordic walking. We are walking again in the parks but Sonya is keeping the Zoom indoor sessions on other days – and has added even more!
Most sessions are open for anyone to join. Just use these Zoom codes for all the sessions. Remember to turn on your audio once you’ve connected with the ‘host’ and you can choose the video link too if you wish.
All sessions are 40 mins long and start at 10 am – so please log on a bit early to be ready to start on time.
Mon and Weds: Cardio
Tues and Fri: Weights
Make sure you have plenty of space and that any rugs don’t slip.
Wear loose comfortable clothing and well-fitting shoes.
Have an upright chair nearby as you may need it for support
or for some seated exercises and maybe use a couple of tins of
beans or filled bottles for weights.

The Walk and Talk over Zoom with Nadia for parents and parents to be who identify as LGBT+ will resume in May – we will update this info then.
