This programme is for community groups, staff and volunteers who engage with local residents and would like to support them to make changes around healthy eating and/or physical activity.
You may wish to run a session with your community group or maybe would like to include some healthy lifestyles information in conversations that you have in your role in the community.
If you have already done our two day HE and PA training you can do these modules to fill in any gaps or as a refresher.
This course is modular and is run four times over the year. Each session is two hours long, on Zoom. You can pick the modules that suit you, from any of the four courses. However, if you would like to do Session 6: ‘Planning and delivery’, you need to complete sessions 1 – 5 first. Please contact us if you have any questions or queries about the sessions and whether you need to attend.
You can choose your session dates and times and book here
Please book at least three days before your first module so we can send you the Zoom link, otherwise, it’s important that you email or ring with a short notice booking! firstname.lastname@example.org 020 8269 4890
